Needlefall shows the music you are playing in other apps as a spinning vinyl record — in the app, on a home-screen widget and as a live wallpaper. It has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. This page explains exactly what the app reads, what it keeps on your device, and what it sends over the network.
With your permission, Needlefall uses Android's notification access. This is the only way Android lets an app see what another music app is playing. Needlefall uses it only to read the media playback information that music apps publish — track title, artist, album, artwork and whether it is playing.
Needlefall does not read, store or send the content of your notifications (messages, emails or anything else).
This data is never uploaded to us — we do not run any server. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. You can also take any album off the shelf inside the app.
To show full track lists, cover art and animated covers, Needlefall looks up albums in public music catalogs. These requests contain the album name, artist and, where available, the catalog ID of the album or track — nothing that identifies you:
Needlefall also downloads album artwork from the addresses your music app provides. Like any web request, these services can see your device's IP address. Their handling of such requests is governed by their own privacy policies.
Needlefall is a one-time purchase after a free trial. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see your payment details. The app only receives whether the purchase is valid. Google Play's billing service may collect data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
Share cards and videos are created on your device. They are saved to your gallery or handed to the Android share sheet only when you tap Save or Share, and go only where you choose to send them.
The app does not send you notifications and does not use your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Needlefall does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

落针把你在其他音乐 App 里正在放的歌，变成一张转动的黑胶唱片 —— 在应用里、桌面组件上和动态壁纸上。落针没有账号、没有广告、没有统计。本页说明它读取什么、在手机上保存什么、以及通过网络发送什么。
在你授权后，落针会使用安卓的「通知使用权」。这是安卓唯一允许应用得知其他音乐 App 正在播放什么的方式。落针只用它读取音乐 App 公开的播放信息：歌名、艺人、专辑、封面，以及是否正在播放。
落针不会读取、保存或发送任何通知内容（消息、邮件或其他任何内容）。
这些数据从不上传给我们 —— 我们没有任何服务器。清除应用数据或卸载应用时它们会被删除。你也可以在应用里把任何一张专辑从唱片架上拿下来。
为了显示完整曲目表、封面和动态封面，落针会到公开的音乐目录里查询专辑。这些请求只包含专辑名、艺人名，以及（如有）专辑或歌曲的目录编号 —— 不含任何能识别你的信息：
落针还会从你的音乐 App 提供的地址下载专辑封面。和任何网页请求一样，这些服务能看到你设备的 IP 地址，它们如何处理这些请求以其各自的隐私政策为准。
落针在免费试用后一次性买断。付款完全由 Google Play 处理，我们看不到你的任何支付信息，应用只会得知这笔购买是否有效。Google Play 结算服务可能会按照 Google 隐私权政策收集数据。
分享用的卡片和视频都在你的手机上生成，只有在你点「保存」或「分享」时，才会存进相册或交给系统分享面板，并且只发到你自己选择的地方。
落针不会给你发送通知，也不使用你的位置、通讯录、相机或麦克风。
落针不会有意收集任何人（包括 13 岁以下儿童）的个人信息。
